Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have entered the preparation or dispatch process, as most of our products are perishable and made to order.
If your order is refused or unclaimed at the point of delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund. In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, perishable goods such as fresh flowers are exempt from the statutory right to cancel once delivered, except where the goods are faulty or not as described.
If you receive flowers or plants that are faulty, wilted on delivery, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and related products, we do not offer returns once delivery has been completed, except where goods are defective. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing details and, where possible, photographs of the problem. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Refunds, if approved, will be made via the original payment method. Please allow up to seven working days for refunds to appear in your account.
